		<description>Thanks for your comment, Carla.  There&#039;s so much you can learn from your colleagues, particularly about the steps, and missteps, they took in reporting a story.  I always tell students to talk with each other about their reporting and writing.  Then steal their good ideas, and learn from the bad.  Cheers!</description>
