Hi Tinamarie,
Since H1N1 is due back in town soon you might update this page.
The PNAS link is broken, and the DynaMed page has pretty thin offerings.
Suggest for consumers: http://www.flu.gov which has pretty much everything you’d need to know.
For those wanting more clinical info. You might link to the New England Journal of Medicines H1N1 Influenza Center (http://h1n1.nejm.org/), though I don’t know whether you need a subscription (I do so I’ve got a cookie on my computer and can’t tell whether there’s a pay wall.)
And, of course, a link to the CDC flu site: http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/
Best,
M
